about st andrews legacy

Using the magic of St Andrews and the game of golf to motivate and inspire ill and injured veterans to improved health, well-being and stability.

Life Changing Experiences

St Andrews is a magical place! St Andrews Legacy aims to use that magic to help improve the lives of those facing the most difficult of situations. After five years of activity, St Andrews Legacy has reached out to almost one hundred ill or injured veterans from the UK, Canada, the USA and Australia.

Grow The Game of golf

As we work with veteran programmes, St Andrews Legacy promotes the benefits of playing golf. We are at the early stages of discussions with golfing institutions as we explore ways to utilise St Andrews in the development of golf for all ages and abilities, across the board.

opportunity Through Education

St Andrews is home to the oldest university in Scotland, founded over 600 years ago and chosen by Prince William, the future British monarch. When funds allow, St Andrews Legacy aims to set up a scholarship for children from challenged environments.
